Terms
These terms govern your use of Reviewey (reviewey.com.au). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
1. Intellectual property
Reviewey and its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the site and its content, except for material you submit. You may access and use the site for personal use subject to these terms.
Without our prior written consent, you must not republish, sell, rent, sub-licence, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute any material from Reviewey.
2. Reviews, ratings, and user content
Parts of the site allow you to post reviews, ratings, and comments. Reviewey does not pre-moderate every submission. Content posted by users reflects their views, not ours, and is their responsibility.
We may review, edit, or remove any content we consider inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, or in breach of these terms, at our discretion.
When you post content on Reviewey, you warrant that:
- you have the right and any consents needed to post it;
- it doesn’t infringe anyone’s intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- it isn’t defamatory, libellous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful;
- it relates to a genuine interaction with the business or customer being reviewed;
- it isn’t used to solicit unrelated business or promote unlawful activity.
By posting content, you grant Reviewey a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.
3. Accuracy of content
We don’t guarantee that content on Reviewey is accurate, complete, or current. Reviews are one person’s view of one interaction. Use your own judgement before relying on any information from the site.
4. Third-party links
The site may link to external websites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, Reviewey is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site.
6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Reviewey and its directors, employees, and agents against any claims, liabilities, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of the site or your breach of these terms.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is material, we’ll aim to give at least 30 days’ notice before it takes effect. What counts as “material” is at our reasonable discretion.
